Fulfillment at a Glance

• Same-Day Shipping: In Stock orders paid in full before 12:00 PM (noon) typically ship the same business day (Mon–Fri).
• In Production: Items marked “In Production” may add up to 7 business days before shipment. Orders containing any In‑Production item may be delayed until the full order is ready. Consider split orders if you need partials sooner.
• Rates (CONUS): Free USPS • $10 FedEx Ground • $25 Expedited.
• Minimum Order: $200 per order/shipment. A 10% discount may apply at higher order values as published on the site.
• Payment Methods: Payment options are listed at checkout or confirmed by sales (e.g., electronic transfer or approved digital payments).
• Verification: Buyer must provide a valid phone number and agree to any required verification step for order confirmation and payment details.

Carriers & Rates (Continental USA)

Transit estimates exclude weekends and holidays and begin after an order is released to the carrier.

Processing & Handling

• Orders containing only In Stock items paid by 12:00 PM (noon) typically ship the same day.
• Orders with any In Production item may be held until all items are ready (up to 7 business days). You may place separate orders to receive in‑stock items sooner; each order must meet the minimum.
• Lyophilized vials are packed with protective materials and include lot / manufacturing / expiration labeling per vial.
• Tracking information is emailed after hand‑off to the carrier.

Address & Delivery

• We ship to physical addresses and PO Boxes within the continental USA. Please ensure the address is accurate to avoid delays or returns.
• Orders flagged for address mismatch, risk, or additional review may require manual verification and could be held until confirmation is complete.
• If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first to check GPS/scan details, then email us within 48 hours.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

• Inspect your package upon arrival. Report shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, packing, and labels.
• We will assist with a replacement or resolution as appropriate once a claim is validated.

Returns & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or temperature‑sensitive products.
• Unshipped orders may sometimes be canceled by emailing sales@synergenpeptides.com. If your order includes In‑Production items already queued for synthesis, cancellation may not be possible.
• If an order was placed in error, contact us immediately; we will do our best to help within the constraints of our production and safety policies.

This policy does not limit your rights concerning shipments damaged in transit or items shipped incorrectly by us.
