COA Library
Batch‑specific certificates of analysis (COAs) are issued for research materials at release. Use this page as a hub for COA requests and archived files.
How to Access COAs
- Locate the SKU and, if available, lot number on your invoice or vial label.
- Email sales@synergenpeptides.com or use the contact form with:
- SKU and strength (for example, SEMAGLUTIDE‑5MG)
- Approximate order date and purchaser name
- Lot or batch number if shown on the container
- Our team will respond with a PDF copy of the COA or a secure download link, once verification is complete.
Typical COA Panels
MALDI‑TOF or ESI‑MS, amino acid composition, and sequence confirmation (where applicable) to verify the intended analyte.
Reversed‑phase HPLC at 214 nm with purity generally required to meet or exceed an internal threshold (for example, ≥ 98.7% peak area) before batch release.
Karl Fischer moisture and residue on ignition to characterize water content and inorganic residue in line with research‑grade expectations.
pH determination for a defined solution (for example, 1% w/v) and visual inspection confirming a white to off‑white lyophilized solid without visible particulates.
Where applicable, bioburden screening (TAMC/TYMC) and endotoxin testing (LAL) may be reported to demonstrate process hygiene for research applications.
Notes on Availability
- In Stock catalog items typically have current COAs available for immediate release.
- In Production items may have COAs marked as “pending” until new lots complete QC testing.
- Historical / archived COAs may be available for reference, subject to retention schedules and documentation policies.
For a quick, automated view of which SKUs are currently in stock versus in production, see the COA Overview & Batch Status page, which pulls a live snapshot from the catalog.
