Program scope

SynerGen presents a personalized vitamin supplement program. The blood test and intake costs $199. Your custom vitamin package is a separately priced purchase. A written offer must specify total price, testing and review services, supplement products and quantities, delivery timing, eligibility and refund conditions before payment.

Testing and review

New testing requires confirmation of the lab, panel, ordering requirements and geographic availability. Qualified review is required before finalizing an individualized vitamin plan. This public website does not diagnose conditions, interpret results or recommend doses.

Vitamin supplements

Vitamin formulas are custom mixed and lyophilized (freeze-dried) for consumer mixing and sublingual placement according to finished-product instructions. Product labels, ingredient amounts, allergens and instructions must be supplied before purchase. Results are not guaranteed.

Payment and renewal

The blood test and intake is a one-time fee. Vitamin packages are priced separately. Optional TRT referral services are advertised from $59 per month and have separate provider billing terms. No payment is due until eligibility and the final program scope are confirmed. Any additional testing, review or vitamin purchase requires a separate agreement.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your written offer must explain cancellation windows, fees for completed lab or review services, vitamin returns, damaged goods and refunds before checkout. Do not purchase without these terms. No default nonrefundable charge is imposed by this website.

Protein, amino acids and TRT referrals

Protein intake and amino-acid recommendations may be included where appropriate; any products and costs are specified separately. TRT referrals are a separate medical pathway. A licensed doctor determines eligibility, testing, prescribing and monitoring, confirms price inclusions and additional fees, and supplies separate terms. Prescribed medication is dispensed and shipped by the designated licensed pharmacy. The same doctors may evaluate legally available peptide-based prescription options for dispensing by the designated compounding pharmacy. Each specific medication must meet applicable prescribing and compounding requirements. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Peptide-related consultations and medications are separately priced; the TRT starting monthly price does not cover them. SynerGen does not prescribe testosterone or guarantee treatment.
