2) Eligibility

3) Compliance & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local regulations, including acquisition, storage, use, transport, and disposal of materials purchased from SynerGen Peptides.

4) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Minimum order value may apply per shipment; contact sales for current requirements.
• “In Stock” items generally ship promptly once payment is confirmed. “In Production” items may extend lead times.
• Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5) Payment

Accepted payment methods may include electronic transfer, merchant processing, or other methods listed at checkout or confirmed by our sales team. Orders are processed and released only after funds are received and verified.

6) Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is transferred to the carrier. Customers should inspect shipments upon arrival and notify SynerGen Peptides of any issues or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

7) Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are generally final. Please contact support promptly if there are concerns about shipment condition, documentation, or product quality so that an appropriate resolution can be considered.

8) Warranties & Liability

Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynerGen Peptides’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9) Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SynerGen Peptides, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the buyer’s purchase, handling, storage, use, or redistribution of products.

10) Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Virginia, where permitted by applicable law.
