1. Research Use Only

All products sold by SynerGen Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not designed or approved for human or veterinary consumption, nor for clinical use.

2. Authorized Personnel

Peptide compounds arrive in an inactive, lyophilized form and require reconstitution by qualified, licensed professionals only. You agree that only trained, credentialed laboratory personnel will handle, dilute, or administer these materials.

3. No Instructions Provided

We do not supply protocols, dosage guides, or administration instructions. It is your sole responsibility to design and validate any reconstitution, dosing, or experimental procedures in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

4. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use our products in full accordance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations. This includes any biosafety, chemical handling, or animal-care guidelines relevant to your research jurisdiction.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders Monday–Friday. Domestic shipments (USA) typically arrive in 1–4 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. International delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Recipient is responsible for any import fees. We do not undervalue or misdeclare shipments.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Refunds & Returns

All Sales Are Final on research-use products. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the event of:

Shipment lost in transit (with proof of carrier non-delivery).
Product damaged on arrival (please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos).

At our discretion, we will replace damaged or missing items, or issue a store credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from SynerGen Peptides, you acknowledge that we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or misuse of our products. Under no circumstances shall SynerGen Peptides be liable for research failures, injury, or losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and product names appearing on this site are the property of SynerGen or their respective owners. No license is granted to use these marks except as expressly permitted.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Acceptance

By placing an order or otherwise accessing our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
