1) Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic applications.

2) Eligibility

Buyers must be 21+ and affirm they are qualified to handle research chemicals in accordance with applicable laws and institutional policies.

3) Compliance & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including acquisition, storage, use, and disposal.

4) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• Minimum order: $200 per shipment; 10% discount auto-applies at $500+.
• “In Stock” items generally ship same business day if paid by 12:00 PM (noon). “In Production” items may delay shipment by up to 7 business days.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.

5) Payment

We accept Cash App ($SynerGen), Zelle (sales@synergenpeptides.com), bank wire, and Bitcoin. Orders are released after payment is confirmed.

6) Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to customer upon carrier pickup. Inspect shipments upon arrival and notify us of issues within 48 hours.

7) Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Contact support for any shipment or quality concerns.

8) Warranties & Liability

Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9) Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold SynerGen Peptides harmless from claims arising out of buyer’s use, handling, or distribution of products.

10) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflicts of law.
