Explore a referral to a licensed doctor for evaluation of testosterone replacement therapy. When prescribed, medication is dispensed and shipped by the designated licensed pharmacy. This is a separate medical service, outside your vitamin program.
Eligibility, testing, prescribing and monitoring are determined by the provider. The provider confirms what the starting monthly price includes and whether consultations, medication, lab tests or shipping cost extra. A referral does not guarantee a prescription.
Provider availability and final fees must be confirmed before enrollment. SynerGen does not prescribe testosterone.
Doctor consultations for peptide-based prescription options
The same referring doctors may also evaluate appropriate peptide-based prescription options. Where medically appropriate and legally permitted, a doctor may prescribe a medication for dispensing and shipment by the same designated compounding pharmacy.
Availability depends on the specific medication, current prescribing and compounding requirements, and your location. A prescription does not make every peptide eligible for compounding. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Consultation and medication costs are quoted separately; the $59/month TRT starting price does not apply to peptide services.

What does the $199 fee cover?
The $199 fee covers the blood test and intake described in your written offer. Your customized vitamin package is an additional, separately quoted purchase. The panel, collection arrangements and any optional tests must be identified before payment.
Can I use blood work I already have?
You can select the existing-results pathway. The reviewer must determine whether your results are recent enough and contain suitable markers. Additional testing may be needed. Do not send reports through email or this public website.
Do I receive a custom-manufactured vitamin formula?
Yes. Your vitamin formula is custom mixed for your agreed plan and lyophilized (freeze-dried). Before ordering, you receive the ingredient amounts, Supplement Facts, allergens, package quantity and price.
How do I use the freeze-dried vitamin package?
The vitamins are supplied freeze-dried for mixing and placement under the tongue by the consumer. Use only the supplied product-specific instructions for mixing liquid, volume, serving size, storage and discard timing. Do not improvise concentrations or use the product for injection. Sublingual suitability and performance depend on the finished formulation.
Are protein and amino acids included?
Your plan may recommend protein intake and selected amino acids when appropriate. Any additional products, amounts, delivery formats and costs are specified separately before purchase.
What is included in TRT referrals from $59/month?
TRT is a separate provider service. The provider must confirm the exact fee, inclusions, additional costs, eligibility and recurring billing terms before enrollment. Do not assume the starting price includes all medication, tests or consultations.
Are peptide prescriptions sold as vitamin supplements?
No. These are separate doctor-led medical consultations. When a specific medication is appropriate and legally available, the doctor prescribes and the designated pharmacy dispenses and ships it. SynerGen does not sell prescription peptides through the vitamin program. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and not every peptide is eligible for compounding.
Will AI decide which vitamins I take?
This site does not use AI to interpret lab results or prescribe vitamin doses. Any future AI-assisted research or organization must not replace qualified review and individual safety checks.
Can a vitamin program treat a medical condition?
No. Vitamin supplements are intended for nutritional support, not to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Speak with your clinician about abnormal results, symptoms, pregnancy, medications or ongoing treatment.
Is this a subscription?
The $199 blood test and intake is a one-time fee. Vitamin packages are separately purchased unless you expressly agree to a future recurring plan. TRT referrals advertise a separate monthly service from $59; the provider must disclose its billing and cancellation terms.
